Clients
- We will serve our clients with integrity, competence, and objectivity
in a professional manner at all times.
- We will keep client information and records of client engagements
confidential and will use proprietary client information only with the
client's permission.
- We strictly consult for business end users of telecommunications services,
and we do not consult for any telecom hardware or network services providers.
Engagements
- We will assign staff to client engagements in accordance with their
experience, knowledge, and expertise.
- We will immediately acknowledge any conflicts of interest that may
affect any consulting engagements and report conflicts to our clients.
Professional Representation
- We will promote and advertise our services in a clear and straight
forward manner.
- We will respect the intellectual property rights of our clients, other
consulting firms, and we will not use proprietary information or methodologies
without permission.
