Principal Profiles

Below are the professional profiles of Ken Kravitz and Richard Longview, the two primary contacts for Telecom611. More detailed biographies and other consultant profiles are available upon request. We also partner with other independent consultants that meet our code of ethics to provide the most appropriate individuals and skills needed to meet our clients needs.

    Ken Kravitz
President & Senior Consultant
 
 

Mr. Kravitz has over 25 years experience in the telecom industry assisting small to large clients with networks of up to 400 locations domestically and internationally on various telecommunications projects. He has extensive experience in evaluation and providing detailed cost analyses of both telecom services and Key/PBX/IP-PBX and other hardware related systems. Ken has experienced in assisting clients with project management and development of Call Center ACD and IVR applications to improve operations and reduce costs. He also has provided client side expert witness and vendor conflict management services to clients.

    Richard Longview

Richard has over 25 years experience in the telecommunications industry as both technician and as independent unbiased consultant assisting clients ranging in size from a single site to over 2,500 locations worldwide on various telecommunications projects. He has extensive experience in evaluating client needs to produce detailed cost analyses of telecom services and negotiating world class telecom contracts. He has extensive experience in assisting clients with determining best practices and strategies for producing the greatest return on investment for both telecom services and hardware. Richard also has experience in assisting clients with telecommunications related Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity projects from conducting initial Business Impact Analysis Reports to preparing full DR/BC plans.
