  3. We strictly consult for business end users of telecommunications services, and we do not consult for any solution or network services providers.


  1. We will assign staff to client engagements in accordance with their experience, knowledge, and expertise.
  2. We will immediately acknowledge any conflicts of interest that may affect any consulting engagements and report conflicts to our clients.

Professional Representation

  1. We will promote and advertise our services in a clear and straight forward manner.
  2. We will respect the intellectual property rights of our clients, other consulting firms, and we will not use proprietary information or methodologies without permission.
